Probe and chip structure analysis

Detection process analysis

Detection process: The probe is positioned through the mechanism. First, the chip is manually moved to align with the probe, and the reference position of the current chip is recorded to complete the product calibration. Then take pictures to locate the chip position, correct the chip position by calculating the offset between the chip and the reference position, and then fit the chip.

This process is automatically controlled. Compared with manual assembly, the machine vision system has high speed, accurate positioning, repeatability and long-term stability, which can effectively reduce labor costs, improve the fitting efficiency and stability of the product, and maximize customer satisfaction.
