Sealing nail welding positioning system

Project Overview

When the sealing nail is welded, there is a deviation in the X and Y directions due to the liquid injection port and the nail position. It is easy to cause the nail to not be installed on the injection port, and the incorrect welding position will cause the electrolyte to leak out and the product will be scrapped. After using this system, the position of each welding can be made accurate.

Implementation

The robot hand, welding machine and camera were calibrated to establish coordinate correspondence. The upper camera takes photos to get the position of the liquid injection port, and the lower camera takes photos to get the position of the nail. The installation offset of the nail and the welding offset of the welding machine are obtained by calculation.
